Attorney Gregory “Kaiser” Wilhelm brings a rare combination to every case he handles: the perspective of a former prosecutor, the tenacity of a former Public Defender, and the courtroom experience of decades of practice in Florida’s most complex legal matters.
Prior Government Service
As a former Assistant Attorney General in the Complex Civil Litigation Division, Mr. Wilhelm handled fraudulent activities perpetrated against Florida consumers. In that role he helped:
- Deter some of the largest and most insidious health care provider frauds in the state
- Take action against pharmaceutical companies engaged in improper practices
- Recover program dollars for Florida taxpayers
- Eliminate corrupt practitioners from Florida industries
- Handle the initial complaints that became major consumer-protection matters
As a former Assistant Public Defender, he has also stood on the other side of the courtroom — defending those accused of crimes, understanding firsthand how prosecutions are built, and learning where they can be taken apart.
